Kori received her PhD from the University of Calgary in 2020, that focused on weaving together Indigenous (or relational) mathematics with Global mathematics methods. Before that, Kori got her Master of Education and International Development at the Institute of Education, University College London, in London England. She has created, with support and guidance from Elders and Knowledge Keepers, a methodological and pedigogical framework for how to bring these seemingly opposite words together in a good way.
