Tell your Indigenous Science story! Design and host your own episode of the Ancestral Science Podcast while learning about podcasting, videography, interviewing, and Indigenous protocols in media.​​

About the Project:

FOUR Indigenous youth will be chosen to take-over the podcast. Each youth will create and host an Indigenous Science episode over
the summer of 2025. 
*must be able to film/record in Treaty 7 area*

  • Application DEADLINE: June 2, 2025

  • describe the Indigenous Science/Land-based science you want to focus on

  • describe who you will be interviewing (family, community, scientists) and why

  • Land should be highlighted as a teacher

  • priority to Indigenous youth
